Can I return sale items?
Yes, of course. Items that are on sale can be returned within 60 days of receipt of the goods via our customer service at info@ingridco.com.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track the status of your package via our tracking page. We aim to process orders within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Shipping takes 3 to 10 days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time is between 3 and 10 days. We always strive to deliver your package with the best carrier and service. For more information about delivery times, please visit our shipping page.
What are your return policies?
We offer a 60-day return period, during which the customer can return their package without giving any reason. This 60-day period starts from the moment the package is received.
All returned items must be unused and in perfect condition, with all labels still intact.
